(born 1952),
who served as a United States Representative
for the state of California for ten years; first, from
1989 to 1993, and then from 1995 to 2001.
He was the
Director of the California
Department of Finance in 2004 & 2005.
Campbell served for five years as the
Dean
of the Chapman University School of Law,
from 2011 to 2016. He also served for six years
as the Dean of the Haas School of Business,
at the University of California, Berserkeley.
Campbell had previously been a professor of
law at the Stanford Law School in the 1980s.
He served in the Reagan Administration as
Director of the Bureau of Competition in the
Federal Trade Commission, from 1981 to 1983.
This is a 9" by 7" color photo, signed in blue ink.
The photo is in very good condition.
