    Vince’s Items on eBay
These pieces are from Vince’s personal collection of works done decades ago for the Grateful Dead. They are being sold exclusively by eBay reseller “VP-GC_Treasures.”
Not only vintage, these are one-of-a-kind original works that were created in various steps of the production process.
While some were used for t-shirts and posters, no identical pieces of artwork exists anywhere.  Each carries
authentication in the form of Vince having signed them in September 2020 for sale, in addition to his printed/commercial signature that has been on the pieces since created.  No pieces will have Vince's personal signature other than those sold by VP-GD_Treasures.
Vince’s Works Used Commercially by the GD
Two of Vince’s designs were used commercially and the rights belong to GD, both shown in the photos accompanying this item.
    Vince describes:
“They chose the Skeleton on the Eagle as the first one and I drew them bursting through an American Flag for an Eastern tour show.”
    The other:
“When I did the Mardi Gras shirt I went back stage at the Oakland Arena and met Mickey Hart who was wearing it and he introduced me to Bob Weir and Jerry Garcia who complimented me on the shirt. I met Bill Graham at the same time and got to know him socially later.”
    Vince and the GD
    Vince remembers:
“When I first started I went to the GD warehouse in San Raphael which is close to Lucasfilm where I worked on 'Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom'.
I stopped in many times with new ideas, picking up the Mardi Gras job that was printed at Winterland Productions. Whenever I went in to the warehouse where the art director was upstairs I passed by a 40-foot-high stack of Mickey's drums. I got to know Mickey and Bob and later designed a skeleton beating on some large skulls with thigh bones for Mickey.”
