Medium-thin
index stock sheet (with perforations) is in excellent (B+) condition; aside from a small staple hole wedge pull in the top center margin and a couple of handling dings, it is a VERY sharp example of this oddball little mid-'70's Grateful Dead artifact from who the heck knows where?
