    (1900-1973) He was a senator from Connecticut (1949-53)
    and publisher of the Encyclopædia Britannica (1943-73).
    Typed letter signed, November 10, 1971, regarding the
    Boy Scouts, plus a second signed letter, December 15, 1971,
    granting permission to publish the first letter.
