    Description

    Antique Vintage Lot Of Carved Abalone Shell Buttons-Mother of Pearl-brass Backs.
    These were from my gmas estate. She collected buttons as well as jewelry . The reddish colored buttons are about the size of a US 50 cent piece , some of holes for sewing and some have brass backs. The largest one appears to be much older than the others. Thai collection started with her grandma and has continued on for over a century. I’ve also found civil war era buttons so it’s possible that the largest one is almost 200 years old. I’m not an expert just going off of what I know of the collection and my own research. Open to offers as well. Please ask any questions prior to purchase . Thanks for looking
