    Description

    This is a May 2, 1967 letter signed by Senator Mark O. Hatfield of Oregon.  It is addressed to "Dear Kay" congratulating her on winning the "first Matrix Banner Award."  I have tried to find out her name from that site with no luck.  The letter is in good condition with a crease from having been folded but no other issues.  It is 8 & 1/8" by 6 & 1/8".
