    Description

    Bank Note is a light green and the photo shows it in the worst possible light.
    This money was found in a scrapbook wrapped in cellophane and was just recently removed from the scrapbook for the photo in the listing.
    An American Serviceman mailed this to his family and they have kept it in the scrapbook away from light and it has not been handled.  Please feel free to ask any questions you may have.  I am not familiar with this type of item, but believe the photo gives the best description.
