13 vintage/antique mother-of-pearl/mop tuxedo+celluloid/brass wire eye buttons

the grouping
just a lovely grouping. the 11 mother-of-pearl buttons are a creamy white color. each is 3/8" in diameter and about 1/9 thick. center of wire eye on button front is about 1/10" in diameter. inside diameter of eye loop in back of button is about 1/8" wide. brown buttons which i believe are celluloid are also vintage/antique. their metal is a nicely partina-ed brass. their dimensions are almost identical to that of those of the mother-of-pearl buttons, except they are slightly thicker in width at 1/8". i don't know what this is called, but i believe that this pair of wire eye buttons or what looks like a clip is meant to close a cardigan sweater. please see images for more details and an illustration of dimensions.
